    我们景区坐落在清新城区的北边，占地12000亩，是一个以“享受山水乐趣、探索自然奥妙、休闲渡假”为主题的综合旅游区。景区离清远市区约二公里，车程不到十分钟。2003年4月29日正式对外开放，以漂流为主打项目。现在已经开发的项目还有探险、野战、拓 展、酒店、餐厅、烧烤场、山水泳池等等。

    这是别墅酒店的大堂。酒店在2005年的10月全面对外开放。按照以四星标准装修设计，有20幢豪华别墅和一座主楼，共170间客房。

    各位朋友，请随我到别墅酒店里面参观。酒店的配套设施齐全，有会议室、休闲中心、康体娱乐设施和餐饮项目等，为商务、会议、体闲度假的旅游人士提供专业、优质的服务。也是目前我们清远离市区最近的豪华型别墅酒店，更是一个与大自然零距离接触的酒店。曾接待过不少香港、台湾的明星到此入住，如林子祥、王杰、卓依婷等。

    好了，各位嘉宾，参观完别墅酒店之后，请继续跟随我参观以下的项目。

    我们这里环境优美，依山傍水，玩的、住的、吃的，一应俱全。这就是我们区内的风味餐厅，餐厅拥有7间VIP房，一楼大厅可以同时容纳400人就餐。大家都知道，我们清远的走地鸡、乌鬃鹅都是非常出名的，游客来到我们景区都可以在餐厅内一一品尝地道的清远特色美味。

    近年来，我们景区的游客大部分是来自广东珠三角地区，除了来旅游、度假以外，还有很多商务会议的团队。为了满足更多商务会议的要求，我们景区在07年的7月兴建了一个面积达600平方米的多功能会议厅，为会议以及宴会的客人提供一流的音响设备和优质的服务，并可同时容纳500多人进行会议及用餐。(这里餐厅的二楼就是多功能的会议厅了)

    各位来宾，现在大家经过的是我们景区内的大型停车场，可以同时停放300辆的大、小汽车。在停车场的右手边是我们景区在07年3月新开发的项目“雪狼拓展基地”。拓展培训起源于欧洲的生存训练，是目前众多企事业单位进行团队建设的一个手段。拓展培训是一种户外体验式的学习，参与者通过拓展将得到的启示和体会，带到生活和工作中，从而达到熔炼团队、陶冶情操、完善自我的目的，现在也是我们景区的又一主打项目。

    朋友们，现在我们前往景区的游客服务中心参观。

    眼前这幅是我们景区的导游图，为游客提供清晰的游览指引。当游客到达我们景区，就可以透过导游图了解景区的公共设施、景区各项目的具体位置。同时，也可以了解整个清新区旅游景点的位置，为游客提供线路指引。

    导游图的右手边，是我们景区的玄真野战俱乐部，占地近2万平方米，可以同时接待200人进行野战项目，2004年8月正式对外开放。野战运动是从国外引进的新型军事运动，这里分别设有高山阵地战区、丛林游击战区、二人迷宫战区等，是军事爱好者的乐园。这里采用QA2型的新型战枪，配有专业教练指导，让游客感受到绝对逼真、刺激、动感的全新枪战感觉!——游客服务中心占地面积有350平方米，包括星级卫生间、服务咨询台、特色购物商场、影视厅、游客休息室等，为游客提供细致的人性化服务；而这里的电视循环播放系统会把我们景区的情况生动、全面地呈现在游客眼前，让游客可以更好地了解我区的现状。

    朋友们，现在请跟随我到漂流河道进行参观。从这里到达我们漂流的起漂点大约需时8分钟。

    清远是全国的漂流之乡，全市大大小小的漂流共有十多个，而我们景区的玄真漂流久负盛名，被广大游客誉为“华南第一漂”、“南粤至激漂流”。2005年，玄真漂流被指定为“全国自然水域漂流大赛”主赛场和“中国漂流之乡”授牌地。

    大家沿途而上，除了可以看见游客漂流的情况以外，还可以看到我们漂流河道的景观。玄真漂流作为清远最具特色的漂流之一，一直引领着清远漂流行业的发展。漂流河道也被旅游部门定为广东省漂流地方质量标准的制定单位之一。玄真漂流除了日间漂流，还可以进行夜间漂流。这在是广东省为数不多。我们景区的漂流在03年开放时，年接待量仅20万人次；而在05年玄真漂流乘借创建旅游强县的契机、承办多项大型的赛事及相关的接待工作，景区年接待量达到60万人次，随着景区各项设施的不断完善，到现在，景区的年接待游客的人数已达到100万人次。在漂流旺季，我区单单漂流一个项目的日接待量最高达到了l万人次。

    我们景区在2007年的11月顺利通过国家AAAA级的检查验收，成为首个以漂流为主打项目的国家AAAA级旅游景区。

    漂流河道全长4.3公里，全程糅合了勇士漂、探险漂、回旋漂、奔驰漂、瀑布漂等峡谷激流的特点。河道落差位达60多处，共180多米，全程漂流需时约90多分钟。其中瀑布漂全长1000米，它的“瀑布奇观”更是令人叹为观止!奔驰漂全长800米，水流湍急，3—5米的落差随处可见，徊旋漂全长1100米，“之”字型的河道，迂回曲折，一波未停、一波又起，令人惊喜不断!探险漂长约600米，落差位共20多处。此段河道怪石嶙峋，激流不断，令漂流游客体会到神秘、刺激的探险之旅。勇士漂全长800米，落差共达30多米，其中最激处起点落差达13米，是勇者的乐园。

    朋友们，现在我们已经到达漂流的起漂点了，请各位随我下车。

    这里就是我们漂流的起漂点，也是我们勇士漂的起漂点，它的最高落差是13米，可能有些朋友还不太了解漂流的程序，我简单为大家讲解一下……

     玄真漂流的河道得天独厚，浑然而成，水质更是清澈见底，是天然的山泉水，如此充足的水源从何而来呢?那就要全靠我们景区这集雨面积达15万平方公里的山林了。

    除了有充足的水源之外，我们景区还修建了一个可以容纳30万立方米的水库，以确保漂流的水源不受天气的影响。

    为了做好接待上作，我们在起漂点处分别设有团队入口和散客入口，漂流的注意事项、温馨提示随处可见。游客到达这里之后，首先必须戴好头盔，穿好救生衣，拿上一支船桨，2个人组合成一组就可以进行我们的漂流活动了。

    为了让大家亲身休验一下玄真漂流带给大家的乐趣，有兴趣的朋友，可以两人一组，自由组合去漂流。感受一下漂流带来的激情!

    朋友们，现在我们准备去漂流了，现在和大家讲一下有关漂流的注意事项，请大家听清楚：

    漂流时每人必须穿救生衣、戴头盔帽、拿一支船桨，因为水流急、落差大，所以漂流时全身都会湿透，贵重物品请不要带去漂流，在漂流时要抓紧扶手，双手不要放在艇外。

    朋友们，这里就是“二龙谷探险”，这个项目是继玄真漂流之后开发的景区配套项目，于2004年元月1日对外开放。探险位于景区美丽的二龙谷内，全长1800米，全程需要90分钟。沿着山溪而上，途中可领略走单索、攀天梯、爬网桥等活动的惊险与刺激。因为这里的水纯净、清甜、无污染。每天早上，当地茶馆的工人都到这里取水回去泡茶。这里空气清新，负离子含量极高，有天然氧气吧之称，是我们减压、吸氧的好去处!据《清远县志》记载：清远的道教源远流长，早在汉景帝年间(公元前157～公元前141年)，茅山派祖师茅盈所著的《茅君内传》已将清远山(即飞来峡)列为全国第十九福地，是当时清远道教茅山派活动的佐证。至民国初年，共有藏霞、飞霞、明霞、天华玄真等多个宫观以及数十间道堂，道众数千人。玄真确有其人，是天华玄真道观的第一代祖师，玄真古洞也由此得名。

    玄真古洞所依山脉名叫“八片山”。据当地村民介绍，当年山村里有八家姓，因为大家和睦共处而取名“八片”。历经战火和离乱，目前只剩朱、罗两姓。据说朱姓人家为南宋著名理学家、思想家、儒学大师朱熹的后裔，因为国破而流离失所，迁徙到本地安居。末代榜眼朱汝珍就是这里的人。目前清新的玄真古洞、太和古洞的题名，都是朱汝珍的手迹。

    玄真的来源还有另一说：清末民初，武当山一道人南来。想建一道观，观察地形，认为此地是最佳修道的洞天福地，水与山林灵气相融一体，能突显道家天人合一的理念。玄真古洞，就是《道德经》所说“玄之又玄，众妙之门”的本意。

    沧海桑田。社会动荡，玄真道观由于累遭劫难，只剩残墙断壁和“玄真古洞”一名。

    Welcome your visit to Xuan Zhen Gu Dong Ecotourism Resort. Here is also the birthplace of Xuan Zhen Drifting in Qingyuan. I’m your tour guide and it is my great honor to serve you. Now please allow me to give you a brief introduction about Xuan Zhen Gu Dong Ecotourism Resort.

    Xuan Zhen Gu Dong Ecotourism scenic area, located in the northern part of Qingxin district, covers an area of 120,000 acres. It is a comprehensive tourism resort with natural landscape and leisure vocation are provided. It is about 2 kilometers away from the city center and takes less than 10 minutes to get there. The scenic area is officially opened to the outside world on April 29, 2003, with drift as its main project.

    Here is the main hall of the hotel. It opened on October, 2005, and was built in accordance with 4-star hotel, with 20 luxurious villas and a main building and 170 rooms are provided.

    Let’s go and visit inside the hotel. The center features an array of services including meeting rooms, vocation center, physical training courts and dining room. It is a luxurious villa hotel which is the most closest to city center so far in Qingyuan, and it is a practical choice for business and leisure travelers. Since it opened, it has received many celebrities from Hong Kong and Taiwan (including Lin Zixiang, Wang Jie and Zhuo Yiting) with its high quality services.

    Ok, after visiting villa hotel, let me show you around!

    Here has a lovely situation with beautiful scenery that nestling under a mountain and a river. This is the restaurant inside the resort, 7 VIP rooms are embedded, can accommodate 400 people dining. As we all known, Qingyuan chicken and black mane goose are must-eat while travel in Qingyuan, here in the restaurant you can take a seat and have a good taste of these local delicate dishes.

    In recent years, most of tourists visited here are from Guangdong Pearl River Delta region. Among them, some came here for travel and vocation, others enjoy their business meetings. In order to meet the requirements of business meetings of tourists, we scenic area build a multi-purpose conference room in July 2007, with an area of 600 square meters in all, providing first-class service and high quality audio equipment for meetings and banquets for guests. Besides, it can accommodate more than 500 people for meeting and dining at the same time.

    Ladies and gentlemen, this is the large parking lot in the scenic area, 300 cars can be parked here. On its right side is our newly developed scenic spot named Snow-wolf training base, opened on March 2007. Expand training is a method that many enterprises and institutions provide for their team gathering, originating from survival training of Europe. Moreover, it is a kind of outdoor experiential learning that will bring participants inspiration and experiences in their daily life.

    Dear friends, now we go to visit the tourist service center.

    This picture is our tour guide map and it provides clear guidelines for tourists. So when you arrive at the scenic area, you can learn the specific location of public facilities from it. At the same time, you can also be acquainted with the location of tourist attractions of the whole Qingxin area.

    On your right hand side is Xuan Zhen war game club, covering an area of nearly 20,000 square meters, was officially opened to the outside world in August 2004, can accommodate 200 people. War game is a military sports introduced from abroad, here is a military paradise for people who are keen on it, each region respectively provided with a mountain warfare zone, jungle guerrilla zone and maze zone. The club offer a new type model war gun QA2 and professional coaches, so that make visitors have absolutely realistic, exciting and dynamic feeling! The tourist service center covers an area of 350 square meters with toilet, reception desk, shopping mall, movie hall and lounges are available. What is worth mentioned is the TV broadcast system, which will vividly bring you a clear and better understand of the current situation in the area.

    Dear friends, now please follow me to the river rafting area. From here to the drift starting point takes about 8 minutes.

    Qingyuan is the Town of drifting in China with a total of more than 10 scenic areas for drafting. Among them, Xuan Zhen drift area has been enjoyed a good reputation of the NO.1 scenic area for drifting in Southern China and the most exciting drift in southern Guangdong. In 2005, the Xuan Zhen drift was designated as the main stadium of National Natural waters drift competition and the place where the reputation of China drifting town was awarded to.

    Along the way, we can also see the landscape near drift River. The Xuan Zhen drift as one of the most distinctive drift in Qingyuan, has been leading the development of Qingyuan drifting industry. It is also listed as one of Guangdong Province local quality standard unit of drift. The Xuan Zhen drift also offer drifting during day and night. When it is opened up in 2003, the annual reception capacity only witnessed 200000 people; later in 2005, the Xuan Zhen drift seized the opportunity of tourism, undertaking many big events and related reception work, eventually attracted a total of 600000 tourists came to here. With the continuous improvement of all facilities, the annual tourist reception number has reached 1000,000. In hot season, it witnessed more than 10,000 tourists a day in drifting area.

    In November 2007, we successfully passed the 4A National level examination and acceptance, then became the first 4A National level scenic area which takes drift as main developing projects.

    River drifting with a total length of 4.3 kilometers, the entire journey consists of warrior drifting, exploration drifting, turnabout drifting, rolling drifting and waterfall drifting. A channel gap reached more than 60, with a total of more than 180 meters, and to finish the whole drift takes about 90 minutes. Among them, the waterfall drift with a total length of 1000 meters, it is a breathtaking spectacular waterfall. The overall length of rolling drift is 800 meters, drop reach 3 to 5 meters high can be seen everywhere. Turnabout drifting reaches a length of 1100 meters, flowing with many twists and turns, make people constantly surprises! Besides, exploration drifting has a total of more than 20 drops, with a length of about 600 meters.

    Drifting continuously is sure to give visitors an exciting adventure. The overall length of warrior drifting reaches 800 meters, drop amount to 30 meters, one of the most exciting at the point of falls amounts to 13 meters, is really a paradise for traveler.

    Here we come to the starting point of drift.

    It is also the starting point of warrior drifting, with its highest fall reaches 13 meters.

    Endowed with natural favor, the water quality in Xuan Zhen River drifting is quite clear and it is the natural spring water. Do you wonder that where the ample water come from? It depends on this forest which can produce rainwater with an area of 150,000 square kilometers.

    Additionally, we also built a reservoir containing of 300,000 cubic meters of water to ensure that there’re ample water for rafting in dry season.

    In order to prepare for reception, we have set floating points respectively for tour group and individual tourists; tips for drifting and matters needing attention can be seen everywhere. When you arrived here, you firstly must wear a helmet and life jacket, then take a paddle and start to float in a group.

    To experience how exciting Xuanzhen drifting will bring you, I recommend you who are interested in can work in pairs to drift now and feel the passion on it!

    After visiting river drifting, let’s join in it! But if it is too exciting for you, exploration program or CS program can be also available.

    Additionally the scenic area will be playing a promotional video in the meeting room in the hotel. We can go to watch and take a rest there.

    My friends, now we are ready to go rafting, meanwhile allow me tell you some matters need attention:

    Before rafting each one must wear a life jacket and a helmet, take a paddle. Besides, you ought to deposit your valuables before drifting, otherwise you will get wet. And also please seize the handrail on the boat while drifting.

    Here we come to another program, the Er Long Valley Adventure, opened on January 1, 2004. It is located in the beautiful Er Long Valley, with a total length of 1800 meters. It takes about 90 minutes to go through it. Along the way you can enjoy climbing the ladder and walk through a single cable bridge and other exciting activities. The water here is known as pure and sweet, so every morning the local teahouse workers come here adopt water for drawing tea. What’s more, with fresh air and ample anion, here is also named as natural oxygen bar. It is a good place for relaxation!

    According to the Qingyuan County Annals recorded, the Taoist of Qingyuan has a long history. As early as in the Han Dynasty (157 BC - 141 BC), Qingyuan Mountain (the precursor of Fei Lai Xia Mountain), an evidence to prove that Maoshan school has been here at ancient time, has been listed as national nineteenth famous mountain. In the early Republic of China, many temples were built here, including Zang Xia temple, Fei Xia temple, Ming Xia temple and Tian Hua Xuan Zhen temple. Xuan Zhen, the first generation of founder in Tian Hua Xuan Zhen temple, thus the name of Xuan Zhen Gu Dong came into being.

    Xuan Zhen Gu Dong attaches to Ba Pian Mountain (Eight Piece Mountain). According to the local villagers, the reason why it named "eight pieces" because there’re eight families lived in harmony in this village. However, only two families with the surnames of Zhu and Luo still lived here after chaos. It is said that Zhu family is descendants of Zhu Xi, who is a famous Confucian master and scientist in Southern Song Dynasty. Zhu Ru Zhen, the Bangyan (the second-place winner in imperial exam) in the last Qing Dynasty has titled the name of Xuan Zhen Gu Dong as well as Tai He Gu Dong when he lived in Qingyuan.

    The name of Xuan Zhen came from another saying. At the end of the Qing Dynasty, it said that a Taoist came from Wudang Mountains asserted that here is the best a blessed land which can highlight the Taoist idea of harmony between man and nature and decided to build a temple here.

    Time brings great changes to the world, but fortunately remained this Xuan Zhen temple.
