    基地位于清新县玄真古洞生态旅游度假区内，配备准四星别墅豪华双人房，房内设有空调、电视、电话宽频上网接口、独立卫生间，设备齐全。

    基地所使用的拓展培训课程内容均经过模拟测试，无任何危险，并富有挑战性。训练所用的安全绳、安全带、安全锁扣等高空器材均由法国进口，完全符合UIAA（国际攀登协会标准），CE（欧盟）认证，安全可靠；

    基地教练工作热诚，经验丰富，全部从事拓展训练五年以上，部分更是专业拓展多年，均经过严格训练，部分持有急救、攀岩、水上救生、潜水等相关证书。

    高空项目有：跳出真我（2组）、缓降、高空平衡木、天使之手（2组）、巨人梯（2组）、高低V、胜利墙（2组）背摔（10组）等；

    Xue Lang outward development,located in Xuan Zhen Gu Dong ecotourism scenic area in Qingxin county, is provided with four-star villa deluxe double rooms that is equipped with airconditioning, television, telephone, Internet access and bathroom.

    Training courses here are challenging but without any danger. The equipments including harnesses, seat belts andlock, were imported from France and verified by UIAA and CE. So they’re safety and reliable, you need not worry about it!

    All of the experienced coaches here have engaged in training for more than five years, some of them have been undergone rigorous training for professional development for many years. Some coaches possess certificates of first aid, rock climbing, water rescue, diving and other relevant certificates.

    High altitude projects consist of jumping (2 sets), striking, balance beam, angel's hands (2 sets), giant ladder (2 sets), ups and downs of “V” shaped, the wall of victory (2 sets),rear wrestle(10 sets) and so on.

    Projects for teamwork: there’re more than 100 sorts of projects can be available, including burn the bridge after crossing it, lonely islet, cannon carriage, quincuncial piles, the king of forest, rope’s house, cobweb, nuclear crisis, military obstacle and so on.
